We love this block so much we own four homes Gold Sky Cottage at 107 Second Avenue, Gold Sky Cottage Too at 108 Second Avenue and Gold Sky Cottage To Bee at 112 Second Avenue (this house), check them out. Each house has an inground pool, first floor master suite and are dog friendly.
Both on site and street parking available. Everything is within walking distance.
Beach badges and beach equipment are not included because they very quickly get lost or stolen.
