We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s house and would love to return (in fact we really didn’t want to leave). The house is beautiful; it is very well cared-for and thoughtfully decorated. It has all the amenities one might need and more to make the stay enjoyable (including an entire drawer full of spices, many extra kitchen appliances, varied board games, books etc). The location is perfect, set in a peaceful neighborhood but still very close to the beach and shops. And our dogs loved playing in the grassy fully fenced-in yard. Lastly, Richard was very responsive and helpful in ensuring we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Richard’s home. We were 5 adults, one toddler and a dog and we were very comfortable. The house has a very nice lay out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortably large, the kitchen appliances are modern, the beds comfortable, a TV in every room. The pool is a plus which we used often. The grounds are well maintained, the neighborhood quiet and the neighbors friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing, fun stay at Richard’s! The rooms were spacious and clean with large TV’s. The bathrooms were large and spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and we made multiple family meals, with plenty of space at the large dining room table for us all to eat together. The backyard was perfect for reading and lying in the sun, letting the dogs run around, and swimming in the (heated!!) salt water pool. And the front porch was a favorite spot to relax in the shade, chat, and read. The house itself is so close to everything… we walked to shops, the beach, restaurants, and the Cape May State Park.
Richard is a wonderful host!! He responded to our messages almost right away! He made sure we knew where everything was, and had everything we’d need to be comfortable.
We felt so relaxed after our week stay, and would 100% recommend. We’ll be back!! Thank you, Richard!
